The Ensemble multi brand boutique houses designer prêt a porter collections from over forty top Pakistani and Indian designers. Indeed Ensemble’s multi brand boutique offers a bridal room by appointment and a full service Ensemble Salon and is also home to Karachi’s popular Xander’s Café. Ensemble is located in the upscale neighbourhood of Block 4 in Clifton Karachi and now at the newly relocated store in Lahore at 10-Q, in Gulberg which also includes for the first time ever Nomi Ansari’s first store within a store.
As a pioneer in the industry, Ensemble was the first to bring seasonal fashion shows to Pakistan and the first multi-brand store to host its own shows. The House of Ensemble’s debut show was the relaunch of design Stalwart Shamaael at a critically acclaimed November event in 2007 followed by introducing Kamiar Rokni’s solo label to Karachi the same year. Ensemble’s Spring/Summer showcase was held in 2008 where Umar Sayeed, Sadaf Malaterre and Kamiar Rokni took to the ramp for the first time ever and where Nilofer Shahid also showcased her debut Prêt collection.
This was subsequently followed by a Fall/Winter fashion show the same year where the iconic Bunto Kazmi showcased her Prêt collection for the first time in her career and young designer Adnan Pardesy debuted. Ensemble also adapted the international Fashion’s Night Out concept, bringing it to their boutique in Karachi in 2011.
The new and separately branded store, ONE by Ensemble is the Ensemble family’s latest endeavour, inspired by the international trend of making high end fashion affordable and high street retail friendly. Indeed the concept of the store was first manifest is the clothing line they launched by the same name which retailed high end design within a more accessible price bracket. It was the success of this line that led to the now stand alone store which houses their own line and designer prêt collections all under PKR 10’000 and aptly situated in Dolmen City Mall, Clifton, Karachi.
One by Ensemble - Label:
The fashion label One by Ensemble was first introduced in 2011 where the Ensemble team wanted to provide a line of high fashion that was more accessible and affordable, retailed within their designer multi label boutique Ensemble. This line is designed in house and introduces seasonal as well as occasion based collections that are on trend, and most importantly, more affordable with prices ranging from PKR 1,800 upwards.
The fashion label will not exclusively be available at the stand alone ONE by Ensemble store ONE by Ensemble Store at Dolmen Mall in Karachi from 23rd April 2012

The store will also retail Luscious Cosmetics, and footwear by Zahra Habib.
Ensemble Salon:
Located in the upscale area of Ensemble Block 4, Clifton flagship store within the Ensemble multi brand boutique premises is the Ensemble Salon, which first opened its doors to patrons in June 2010. Consisting of qualified team of beauticians and stylists, the Ensemble Salon offers premium Hair and Make-up services along with customised Spa treatments and Bridal Care. For those looking to create their own beauty routine, the Ensemble Salon team tailors beauty regimens to clients’ specific needs.
Shehrnaz by Ensemble:
Shehrnaz by Ensemble was launched in 2007 by Shehrnaz Hussain, Creative Director at Ensemble. This is a higher end label where designs can be bought off the rack at Ensemble or through orders.
Shehrnaz by Ensemble is currently available at the Karachi and Lahore Ensemble Store including various stockists in UK, India, USA and the Middle East.
