HUM Network Ltd. was launched on January 17,2005, with its flagship channel, HUM TV. In a short span of 11 years, HUM TV has become the numero uno general entertainment channel of Pakistan, bagging awards for best TV plays consecutively since its inception. Not only that its plays are so popular that they are now being viewed all over the world with its extensive international foot print. A recent addition is HUM Europe, & HUM Mena. Similarly, HUM World is another international beam catering to the entire North American region. The same beam is also catering Australia and New Zealand region. The network has won international acclaim with HUM Europe winning the best Urdu Entertainment Channel Award at Asian Viewers Television Awards in 2015, along with a nomination in the Best Asian Channel category at the Asian Media Awards also in 2015.



What’s more, HUM TV has been consistently syndicating its dramas internationally. Rishtey, a UK – based channel of Colors Network, has aired Humsafar, Maat and Mera Naseeb. In fact, Humsafar broke a record for Rishtey as the first non-film/event show to score a huge rating over the weekend. MBC, the largest network of the middle East, had acquired several HUM dramas which were aired as dubbed in Arabic on their channel MBC Bollywood. Mauritius Broadcast Corporation and HUM has also had a successful partnership. Another feather in HUM’s cap is the Zee Network in India recently acquired numerous HUM serials to be broadcast on their new channel Zindagi. Drama serial such as Zindagi Gulzar Hai have already been aired and have become the rage among Indian audiences.



The Network also gives Pakistan’s entrainment calendar as enthralling awards ceremony each year with HUM Awards & Style awards. In its most recent installments, the Servis 4th HUM awards lit up the stage in Karachi and set a firm footing for Pakistani enetrainemnt on the world map.
