Maskan Mandi

Mandi is the traditional dish of Yemen, native to Hadhramaut and many other Yemeni cities known also as Haneeth. It is now very popular in the rest of the Arabian Peninsula and in many other Arab countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Syria.



Maskan Mandi begins with a bunch of mandi lovers who wanted to create a place where people of all nationalities could enjoy the authentic taste of Yemeni cuisine and touch upon the Yemeni culture. Yemeni cuisine is very rich in its variety, taste and flavor. The origin of the Yemeni cuisine traces back to its rich trading in spices that were brought from India and beyond. There are plenty of traditional dishes in Yemen across different regions. We made our focus on dishes from Hadhramaut – a historical region of the south Arabian Peninsula along the Gulf of Aden in the Arabian Sea. Maskan Mandi located at Badar Commercial Area, Phase V Ext, DHA, Karachi.



When planning the design and interiors our target was to create comfort for our customer inspired by Arabic culture. That means creating a cozy environment and privacy for families and friends.We also have a dedicated family area. For small kids we have baby chairs. We are always in the process of searching new ways to create more comfort for our customer.
